At 1309 hours the volunteers of Moyers Corners were dispatched to a possible shed fire on Pendulum Path, in the Station 1 response area. While en route dispatch advised that the fire was spreading to a nearby fence and tree, and possibly impinging on the residence.

Car 5 [Capt Normanly] arrived and confirmed the dispatch, and was quickly followed by Engine 11 and Engine 41. The two engines were able to deploy handlines and quickly knock the fire down. Truck 2 also arrived shortly after the engines and assisted with fire suppression. Though the shed and fence suffered major damage, the nearby residences themselves were spared.

NYSP and the FIU assisted at the scene. No injuries were reported. All units were in service approximately 90 minutes after dispatch
